We create designs, source and progress the appropriate planning approvals and manage the project through to building regulations and the finished article.
Advice and guidance
We provide advice on a wide range of issues, from the conservation of historic buildings, to the repair and maintenance of traditional structures. We advise on the best methods for carrying out repairs and take into account the need to protect all elements of the historic fabric of the building during renovation work.
We can offer guidance on planning applications and prepare reports that identify any areas of concern.

Consultation
This is where we get to know you, your wants, needs and lifestyle, giving us an insight into your wishlist and often inspiring design ideas that you may not have considered.

Survey
We survey the existing building, the land and all features of the property to understand you and your property fully. We then form existing plans in electronic form.

Design
We put ideas and designs down on paper in the form of elevation and floorplans. We enjoy hearing your thoughts and comments, adjusting the designs and previewing the overall project to continually reveal new ideas.

Planning
Whether this is a full planning application, a householder application or if you are lucky enough to have Permitted Development Rights, we will ensure you have the best chance of gaining consent.

Building Regulations
We can create building regulation drawings. At this stage we can also lend a helping hand with elemental design, obtaining build quotations and also be on hand during the build process.
