If you are looking to develop a piece of land, or replace a structure, we are here to design your perfect house. We can work with you to design a new build that meets all your requirements, often coming up with new ideas that you may not have considered. We’ll take into account everything from the layout of the rooms to the materials used in construction, ensuring that your new home is everything you’ve ever dreamed of.

We work with designs for traditional masonry construction to timber frames and SIPS, meaning that our designs are always adaptable for however you want to build.

Consultation
This is where we get to know you, your wants, needs and lifestyle, giving us an insight into your wishlist and often inspiring design ideas that you may not have considered.

Survey
We survey the existing building, the land and all features of the property to understand you and your property fully. We then form existing plans in electronic form.

Design
We put ideas and designs down on paper in the form of elevation and floorplans. We enjoy hearing your thoughts and comments, adjusting the designs and previewing the overall project to continually reveal new ideas.

Planning
Whether this is a full planning application, a householder application or if you are lucky enough to have Permitted Development Rights, we will ensure you have the best chance of gaining consent.

Building Regulations
We can create building regulation drawings. At this stage we can also lend a helping hand with elemental design, obtaining build quotations and also be on hand during the build process.
